Description

The Contracting Authorities listed in Annex A are acting together as Eastern Procurement Ltd (EP). Details of current EP Members can be found on www.easternprocurement.co.uk Applicants should note that all EP Members are participating in this procurement on their own behalf, on behalf of future Members and on behalf of other organisations on whose behalf properties are managed by members.
Eastern Procurement Ltd are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Applicants to deliver the works in relation to:
Lot 1: Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments, Rewiring and Other General Improvements
Each supplier should be able to deliver (either directly or through their supply chain,) the entirety of the requirements not just any constituent part:
a. Planned Property Improvements including but not limited to:
1. Kitchen Refurbishments
2. Bathroom Refurbishments,
3. Electrical testing and planned remedial works including rewires and upgrades
4. Void improvements,
5. Whole house improvements
6. Disabled adaptations
7. Management of multi-contractor works in a single site.
The Authorities are therefore seeking to establish a multi-client Framework Agreement with five (5) successful Applicants for lot 1, depending on the quality and number of suitable bids received. The Framework Agreement will govern the letting of the contracts for the works. Call-offs will be made throughout the life of the Framework Agreement, including during the final year and may last beyond the life of the Framework Agreement. Applicants should also be able to work on an installation only basis with materials supplied by others
Lot 2: Roofing and Reroofing
Each supplier should be able to deliver (either directly or through their supply chain) the entirety of the requirements not just any constituent part:
a. Roofing Works including but not limited to:
1. Repair of roof finishes to flat and pitched roofs
2. Full and partial replacement of roof finishes to flat and pitched roofs
3. Provision of access equipment in conjunction with the above
4. Ancillary works in conjunction with the above
The Authorities are therefore seeking to establish a multi-client Framework Agreement with 3 (three) successful Applicants for lot 2, depending on the quality and number of suitable bids received. The Framework Agreement will govern the letting of the contracts for the works. Call-offs will be made throughout the life of the Framework Agreement, including during the final year and may last beyond the life of the Framework Agreement. Applicants should also be able to work on an installation only basis with materials supplied by others.
