The requirement
The West Sussex Pension Fund requires a bespoke and tailored property portfolio to meet its specific income requirements and is seeking an investment manager to be responsible for the asset management, income collection and lease negotiation for the properties and have full discretion over which properties to buy and sell to meet the objectives set by the Fund.

The draft requirements are described further in the market sounding exercise document attached below.

Timescales
The Council intends to publish the tender for these services later this calendar year (2023) with the award and contracting process to be completed by early to mid 2024.
