Description

Provision of permanent interpretation about the history of justice and workers' rights in Dorset in line with an Interpretation Plan Grade 1.

The building is a Grade 1 listed courtroom with cells beneath. Preworks which will complete before the exhibition is installed are complete refurbishment, rewiring and alteration to the building. Exhibition provider will provide a turnkey package, including: project manage and deliver all aspects of the interpretation including content, fit out, branding, website and software applications, AV content, 3d content, graphics and publications.

This contract does not include the production of a multi-media guide, which will be tendered separately. Off-site work to be coordinated with the Main Works contractor during their work on site. Handover of clean, completed site to Exhibition Provider is due to be October 2017.

Following prequalification, tender evaluation will be on the basis of a fixed cost for all the works so all tenders will be evaluated only on the quality of their submissions. Details of this will be provided at tender stage.

To participate in this procurement, please complete the attached Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and read the associated documents. PQQs must be returned by email to Sarah Cairns: SCairns@dorset.gov.uk no later than 12:00pm on September 19th 2016.
