Description

Westminster City Council (WCC) wishes to carry out soft market testing regarding a proposed Development &
Valuation Consultancy DPS which would be available to all London boroughs and public bodies. The first
requirement is for Sales and Marketing Consultancy (proposed Lot 1) relating to new homes target, and the
second requirement is for Valuation and Lease Extensions for Right to Buy and leaseholders (proposed Lot 2).
The projected overall spend in the next five years is £6m for Lot 1 and £1.5k per annum for Lot 2. Once
registered on Capital E Sourcing please refer to link to www.capitalesourcing.com and search for DPS Development & Valuation Consultancy. The deadline on Capital E Sourcing for submission of the Soft Market Testing questionnaire and EOI for each Lot is 12 noon on 8th May 2018.
