FXPlus have requirements for various building projects as shown below:
FXPlus are based in Penryn , Cornwall - TR10 9FE
Summary
Lot 1: C2020 Social Extension Building; a new BREEAM 'Excellent' two-storey horizontal extension to the Stannary/Library, accommodating ca.350m² (Net) of Social spaces, and associated circulation and ancillary accommodation; new 48m² mezzanine infill to the existing adjoining Stannary, internal alterations and refurbishment of affected areas; all together with associated facilitating works, temporary works, external works, drainage and services; and all other necessary works
Lot 2: C2020 Academic Extension Building; a new BREEAM 'Excellent' single-storey infill extension to the DDuM building, accommodating ca.435m² (Net) of Academic spaces, and associated circulation and ancillary accommodation; together with associated facilitating works, temporary works, external works, drainage and services; and all other necessary works.
Lot 3: Lot 1&2 projects combined;
A planning application is due to be submitted during May 2018 which will provide further background and details.
Stage 1
Interested parties should register an interest on In-Tend and complete the PQQ - Pre Qualification Questionnaire.
Stage 2
Candidates from the PQQ stage will then be shortlisted and the successful suppliers invited to provide a Tender.
All correspondence and communications should be conducted via In-Tend.
