Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of technical consultancy support services to support the development of Intelligent Diversion Routes. The deployment of UTC and UTMC in the SE and YNE regions has enabled the business to work more effectively with Local Authorities in delivering diversion routes that provide for a more integrated an effective service for the customer.
