Description

The scope of the works is the construction of 4.No , 1-bedroom maisonettes flats
[for Rent] including the construction of the bin and bike store, all associated
external works, parking, access roads, services and drainage. While the scope of
works will include the following:
External Works:
 Demolition of existing foundations and garage bases
 Construction of a cycle and bin store
 Construction of a plant room
 Parking spaces
 Installation of electric car charging points
 Green roof construction
The works must include the following as detailed on the drawings:
 Photovoltaic Cells on the roof
 Additional EV charging points
 Air Source Heat Pumps
 Green roof construction
