The scope of the works is the construction of 4.No , 1-bedroom maisonettes flats
[for Rent] including the construction of the bin and bike store, all associated
external works, parking, access roads, services and drainage. While the scope of
works will include the following:

Construction of a cycle and bin store
Construction of a plant room
Parking spaces
Installation of electric car charging points
Green roof construction
The works must include the following as detailed on the drawings:
