Description
The scope of the works is the construction of 4.No , 1-bedroom maisonettes [for
Rent] including all associated external works, wild flower garden, parking, access
roads, services and drainage. While the scope of works will include the following:
External Works:
• Demolition of existing foundations and garage bases
• Wild flower garden
• Turf to the rear gardens and planting to the front where shown
• Parking spaces and the Installation of electric car charging points
Internal Works:
• 4No. one-bedroom maisonettes in a single block, traditionally constructed
• Mechanical and electrical installation
• Media services
• Kitchen installation
• Bathroom installation
• Decoration throughout including flooring
The works must include the following as detailed on the drawings:
• Air Source Heat Pumps
• Photovoltaic panels on the roof
• Electric Vehicle charging points
• Water butts, rotary dryers, refuse bins and sheds
• Wild flower garden
