Description

Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge Clinical Commissioning Groups (BHRCCGs) are looking to invest in an online counselling, resilience building service as part of our wider CAMHS (Children and Adult Mental Health Service) Children and Young People (CYP) Local Transformation Plan (LTP) transformation funding.
The online counselling service will provide early intervention to prevent escalation to our community and specialist health services. The proposal is to provide the online counselling service for BHRCCG's CYP population aged 11 to 18 and 364 days with any additional service development to be discussed with the successful provider. The service will run as part of our CAMHS LTPs across Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge (BHR) with potential for recurrence.
The prospective provider will need to be:
• Able to provide an accredited online service for CYP aged 11 to 18 years and 364 days.
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record of working with CYP through an accredited online counselling service.
• Able to demonstrate established relationships with the providers of Community Mental Health Providers; Local Authorities i.e. Social Care, Education, Public Health, Youth Justice, ED/A&E services within the relevant health population footprint, to enable appropriate flow and pathway management.
• Able to start the service from 1 April 2020.
• Be able to flow relevant data onto to the National Health England (NHSE) Mental Health Service Dataset (MHSDS).
