Description

The purpose of this requirement is to place a contract for a single supplier to provide Apprenticeship Training for the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Programme for Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

The Customer Service Centre wish to recruit up to a total of five (5) Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprentices, with potentially three (3) apprentices of these shall be based in Liverpool and a further two (2) apprentices shall be based in Norwich.

Post the Apprentice's successful completion of their Apprenticeship programme, the aim is for the Apprentices to receive permanent contracts of employment with CCS.
Apprentices are a great way to develop the talent of the future within CCS and the broader Civil Service.
