Description

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) ran a procurement for a social media analysis platform with its existing contract coming to an end in March 2019.

We were looking for the best value and most effective option for providing access to social media and other relevant content through Software as a Service (SaaS) social media analysis platform.

The selected service provider will provide a SaaS platform which meets all of the mandatory FCA requirements, to fully implement, configure and onboard FCA users within the timeframes set by the FCA, and provide support services throughout the contract term of two years, with up to two optional 1-year extensions.

The contract value for the core 2-year term is £145,000 excl VAT. This value does not include the two optional extensions, for one year each time, which can bring the total of the contract to £298,000 excl VAT.
