Description

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is launching a procurement for a social media analysis platform with its existing contract coming to an end in March 2019.

We are seeking the best value and most effective option for providing access to social media and other relevant content through Software as a Service (SaaS) social media analysis platform.

The selected service provider will be expected to provide a SaaS platform which meets all of the mandatory FCA requirements, to fully implement, configure and onboard FCA users within the timeframes set by the FCA, and provide support services throughout the contract term of two years, with up to two optional 1-year extensions.

1. Existing users can login to the eSourcing portal: https://fca.bravosolution.co.uk and new users should follow the registration process to receive a username and password.

2. Login to the portal - Click the 'PQQs / ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link. Click on "project_18253 - CON 18-059 Social Media Analysis Platform" to access the content and open "pqq_28129". Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page. You can now access the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) documentation.

3. Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details'. You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer. You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button.

Interested tenderers should adhere to the deadline for expressing an interest and for submitting the Selection Questionnaire (SQ). The current deadline is 15/08/2018 at 13:00 GMT, however, tenderers should consult with the Bravo portal and tender documentation for any amendments to this deadline.

Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
