Description
Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) is inviting tenders from a number of organisations to purchase a new Collections Management System (CMS) for Heritage Services. Full details are provided within the Invitation To Tender documentation. The documents are available via www.yortender.co.uk using reference 18-020/DN353860. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 01/11/2018 and will run for a period of 36 months making the expiry date 31/10/2021. The contract will have an option to extend by 4 x 12 months extension at the sole discretion of the Council making the latest possible end date 31/10/2025. The extensions will be subject to annual reviews based on the awarded bidder's performance and RMBC's budget requirements.
