Description

The FSA has identified a number of emerging technologies that are likely to disrupt the food system, but more information is required to assess the impact on the FSA mission and its ability to achieve that. The recent report on emerging technologies considered most likely to have an impact on the UK food system and food safety over the coming decade has identified 3D and 4D printed foods to be one such emerging technology.
