Description

Tenders are invited to carry out an assessment of how 3D and 4D printing is used in the food system, and how this might change. Particularly in relation to any food safety risks that might result from this technology, and the extent to which it will act as an enabler of other changes within the food system. Both commercial (food service, retail, and industrial) and home (consumer) uses should be included in the assessment.
