Description

Derby City Council is seeking enthusiastic and experienced operators to take on the exciting opportunity of running our council-owned café, located in a prime position within Chaddesden Park, Derby.

This unique venture offers a chance to deliver a thriving café space that serves our community, providing high-quality food, beverages, and exceptional service in an inviting and vibrant setting.

We invite expressions of interest (EOIs) from individuals or businesses with the relevant skills and experience to manage and grow this valued community facility.

The Council are offering a lease for up to 5 years with a 12 month break clause. There is an option to extend by mutual agreement. We are open to offers for rent and open to proposals that are not purely commercial. Minimum opening hours expected.
