Description

WWF's Earth Hour is an annual global celebration where people switch off their lights for one hour to show they care about the future of our planet.

In Scotland, Earth Hour has received support from the Scottish Government, all five Scottish party leaders, local authorities and public bodies. In 2017, thousands of individuals and hundreds of schools, businesses and organisations joined over 100 Scottish national and local landmarks in turning off, including Edinburgh Castle, the Scottish Parliament, Forth Rail Bridge, SSE Hydro and Eilean Donan Castle.

WWF's Earth Hour 2018 takes place on the 24 March. WWF Scotland requires an external consultant to take on the strategy, co-ordination and delivery of specific Earth Hour activities from November 2017 to March 2018. The consultant will be required to attend project related activities in Edinburgh. For more information and details of how to respond, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference.
