Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the 'Authority") invites Tenders for the provision of Construction Services for the Public Realm Improvements to Holland House Terrace and Café, Holland Park ("the Services").
The successful Tenderer will be required to submit a First Stage Tender and to then work with the Authority to develop on an open book basis a second stage tender (contract price) to provide the Services.
