ITT_2294 - TCA 3/7/1728 Dover Maritime Rescue Co-ordination Centre (MRCC) Electrical Upgrade Project
Site Address: Dover MRCC - Ridgeland House, MRCC, Langdon Battery, St Margaret's at Cliffe, Dover, CT15 5NA
The requirement is for the replacement of the current site backup generator, including replacing the current backup UPS with a generator, and replacing all the associated electrical panels and cabling.
The current generator is over twenty years old and in a poor condition, and the current UPS arrangement is also outdated and both needs replacing as part of the MCA's equipment life cycle exercise.
It is considered essential that all Contractors visit the property before tendering to submit a realistic tender and confirm the information provided within the tender documentation. Site visits are scheduled to take place on 17th October 2024 & 18th October 2024 and must be made by prior arrangement via the Jaggaer Portal email system. Please provide the names of the attendees and your preferred date and time.
The successful bidder will be working in partnership with the MCA's Professional Property Service consultants, Hartnell, Taylor, Cook (HTC), and the winning groundworks contractor.
The Site is covered by a Critical National Infrastructure security requirement, the following documents will be made available on receipt of a completed non-disclosure agreement and MCA Security Aspects Letter returned via the Jaggaer email portal for this ITT:
