Description
This contract is awarded following a framework further competition call-off procedure under RM6232 Lot 1c: Facilities Management and Workplace Services.
The contract is for the provision of Total Facilities Management (TFM) services to the Home Office within London and Central region. The scope includes, but is not limited to:
• Hard FM services - statutory maintenance, planned and reactive repairs
• Soft FM services - cleaning, catering, and waste management
• Compliance with statutory obligations
• Delivery of billable works and minor projects
• Activities supporting Carbon Net Zero and Social Value commitments
The contract term is for an initial period of five (5) years commencing 1 October 2026, following a mobilisation period, with two optional extension periods of one year.
