Description
Burntwood Town Council is the Parish level local authority for the Town of Burntwood in Staffordshire. We have recently purchased a former church, originally built in 1872. with the intention to develop the building for community use. Our vision is that it will be available to community groups for meetings, events and activities such as art exhibitions, comedy nights, and displays.
The Town Council wishes to find an suitable contractor to deliver a full service at a fixed cost, from design to completion.
The refurbishment will include a small new build single story extension, solar panels and other key features to modernise and upgrade the building.
