Description

This is an annual support contract which covers all Microsoft software and provides us with access to the Microsoft technical resources to resolve any reactive issues and pro-actively manage our Microsoft estate. Which also provides us with training and knowledge (chalk and talk is one of them). Which comes under our proactive services. This also gives us Problem Resolution Support - where we feel Microsoft product has caused a problem - onsite support is given and escalation assistance.
