Description

A contract to deliver a programme of response repairs, void works, cyclical servicing and planned works. Planned works are to be included in the contract from year 2 onwards. The contract will be aTPC2005 (as amended) for a period of 10 years subject to achievement of prescribed performance targets bythe Service Provider. The total anticipated value of theContract excluding Value Added Tax is between 28 000 000 GBP and 38 000 000 GBP over the 10-year term.
Planned Maintenance works will be delivered from year 2 onwards only subject to satisfactory performance.
