Description
East End Homes is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enterinto a contract to deliver a programme of response repairs, void works, cyclical servicing and planned works.Please note that planned works are to be included in the contract from year 2 onwards. The contract will be aTPC2005 (as amended) for a period of 10 years subject to achievement of prescribed performance targets bythe Service Provider. Bidders will be able to access the ISDS documents by following the instructions withinthe PQQ, which is available at http://www.echelonconsultancy.co.uk/eDocs/. The total anticipated value of theContract excluding Value Added Tax is between 28 000 000 GBP and 38 000 000 GBP over the 10-year term.
Planned Maintenance works will be delivered from year 2 onwards only subject to satisfactory performance.

East End Homes will be providing an opportunity for all interested Suppliers toattend a briefing as set out in the PQQ. The purpose of this briefing will be to provide an introduction to EastEnd Homes, as well as an overview of the procurement process and the objectives of the procurement exercise.
East End Homes is procuring in a single lot to gain the commercial efficiencies of a single contractor.
