Description

Blackpool coastal housing currently have approximately 793 sheltered properties spread over 20 sites within their portfolio (this figure may change as properties come in and out of sheltered management).
We require an all-inclusive and fully comprehensive price for the annual maintenance of the warden call equipment associated with all the schemes listed
Blackpool Coastal Housing is in the process of replacing the analogue warden call systems with newer digital system over the coming years
The annual maintenance of the smoke alarm and rack maintenance cost must be added to the spreadsheet
The all-Inclusive cost must cover the following items:
24 hour assistance, 365 days per annum including bank holidays
A 24 hour Emergency Helpdesk
A Fault recording helpdesk including remote diagnostic support
Any associated costs of no access visits
Any associated costs due to system failure being a BT line fault or a Mains Power Failure
The maintenance of equipment as per instructions provided by product manufacturer and installer
The repair or replacement of equipment due to fair wear or tear or failure within, 24, hours of being contacted
The repair or replacement of broken catenary wires, cables, connection boxes, brackets and all associated fixings. (Only Aysgarth Court contains catenary wires)
BCH holds replacement parts for a majority of their systems located at Dunsop court (any parts used from this store must be replaced)
If the systems cannot be repaired a backup solution must be available for a scheme down or, where cables cannot be repaired immediately
All cable damage; including underground damage, adverse weather and rodent damage
Inspect, test and report on all cabinets and batteries required in a system
An Engineer available for Response to Scheme Down or permanently sounding alarms within 4 hours
All jobs must be accepted and completed by the contractor on our online portal
