Description
The overall objective of the study will be to support HMRC and DfE understand how the impact of the new Tax-Free Childcare scheme and the FEEE on both the labour and childcare markets can be measured.
The emphasis of the study should be assessing the feasibility of a quantitative evaluation, but we are also interested in any relevant qualitative measures.
This study will be then used to inform the evaluation strategies for both TFC and the FEEE.
