Description

The Student Loans Company is in the middle of a major transformation programme, encompassing the introduction of agile software development and new technology. This journey towards a leaner, more agile organization also sees a shift in how we approach our roles and conduct our business - across our management teams, projects and IT division.
Specifically we require a coach for:
1. Senior Management Team - coaching them to engage & work with projects now running agile software development and embed lean/agile practices into their business areas
2. New Digital Delivery Teams - helping teams define ways of working that align to GDS digital services framework
3. Project Management - embedding new skills & behaviors for managing agile projects and the changing role of a project manager
4. Product Owner - embedding role of product owner at SLC
5. Management teams in DT&TS - coaching them through changing practices & approaches to align with agile and sustaining agile when our technology partner (Thoughtworks) ramps down their resources
