Description

When making an informed decision about a patient referral, a GP may need to refer to local and national guidance. In many instances this guidance is available in a number of site locations, which can be time consuming to find.

To aid this process, NHS Merton and Wandsworth CCGs would like to procure a solution which combines the referral form with local and national guidance, and also provides the GP with patient leaflets/useful information.

This software should be fully integrated with the GP patient record system which is used across both Boroughs; 97% practices use EMIS Web and 3% use Vision.

The aim of this early market engagement exercise is also to gauge potential interest in this contract opportunity and field for innovative service solutions.

The proposed financial budget for this solution is expected to be circa. £400k in total for a three year contract.

All feedback received will assist to determine the CCGs procurement strategy including whether a competitive procurement process is appropriate; specifically the CCG requires your input and help in defining and providing supporting information that is relevant to this service.
