Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council administers the Essential Living Fund, which offers practical support to households suffering hardship or crisis. This is achieved by supplying white goods or appliances to successful applicants. The white goods provided include, but is not limited to; fridges, fridge freezers, washing machines,gas cookers and electric cookers.
