Description

Currently, the OD Team deal with a wide range of training providers and is very keen to review its procurement practices by appointing a single supplier to deliver its Learning & Development Programme. To continually improve the L&D service provided to our staff and this procurement exercise is part of a larger plan for the improvement of our processes and systems within the OD Team.

Building on the new LSBU L&D Programme will ensure that our staff have not only the skills they need to step up and contribute to the Corporate Strategy and achieve our ambitions but can also demonstrate the values and behaviours. Our focus is to create an environment that attracts and fosters the very best of staff, and within which staff feel proud of their University and take appropriate responsibility for its development.
