b) Utilities Action Trackers resultant from these engagements.

e) Performance indicators/KPIs & dashboard.
f) Produce evaluated efficiency opportunities, graded and prioritised.
g) Utilities efficiency project plan, outlining resource and implementation requirements.

i) Business Case and obtain authority to commence the delivery of National Agreements with a prioritised list of Utility companies.
