This notice is intended as a pre-procurement engagement, awareness and communication exercise.

This notice is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process.

Medicines Discovery Catapult Limited is intending to publish an Invitation to Tender for the procurement of a data management system. The notice for this procurement will be published on Contracts Finder on or about 1 November 2017. The notice will of course be published on OJEU also. A draft timetable is attached for your information.

All potential Bidders should ensure that the appropriate staff are available for demonstration dates. As you can appreciate, until MDC is in a position to know who the Bidders are and the outcomes of the initial evaluation, it will not be possible to provide more information at this stage on the arrangements for the demonstration event. It is MDC's intention that the supporting data set for the demonstration will be published with ITT documents.

Interested providers should be aware that any expenditure, work or effort undertaken by you prior to a formal procurement process or the award of a contract is a matter solely for your own commercial judgement.
