Description

Thurrock Council is commissioning an Out Of Hours Service as part of its Living Well at Home Service. The Living Well at Home Service was introduced in April 2018 to support Service Users to be as independent as possible and feel part of the community that they live in.

Please note the value given in section 1 is per team/annum.
