This contract is for approx 330 hours work and subject to discussion with NAM. It is anticipated that the work would start by in May 2023. The NAM all work be completed and delivered to the Museum by 31 Jul 2023.
Tenderers will need to need to ensure that they have insurance covering the total value of the objects and public liability to the value of £5,000,000
The Museum will provide existing condition assessments, images and full descriptions of the objects.
As this contract is for a fixed number of hours, tenderers may be made without viewing the objects beforehand however prior to submitting a tender the supplier will be required to discuss the requirements with the Museum.
Tenders will be submitted to tenders@nam.ac.uk by the closing date in this notice. Estimates for costs including total cost for the work must be entered onto the attached Condition Report which is attached to this notice. They are not to be sent to the requesting department.
