NHSLA.NAT.388 Learning and Career Development Survey interviews/focus groups
Provision of research and analysis into the cause of systemic barriers which lead to a lack of representation of the diverse healthcare workforce in Coaching and Mentoring registers and support provision. The contract covers the identification and review of evidence of systemic barriers which impact both the uptake of coaching from underrepresented groups, and the attraction of aspiring and qualified coaches and mentors from underrepresented groups. This includes providing a report of findings, with a comprehensive set of recommendations, by end March 2023, for action in 2023/24 as part of the national coaching and mentoring strategy.
