Description

Expressions of interest are sought to conduct a mixed methods project which will explore flexible working practices in schools. The project will assess the extent of existing flexible working practices in schools, as well as the attitudes and perceptions on these practices from individual teachers and senior leaders. The project will also involve working with a small number of schools to help them implement flexible working roles, and exploring the process of doing so.
