Description

National Highways is seeking to create a contract for the provision of technical expert services which will build upon previous research into causation factors for fatal road traffic collisions (RTCs) that have occurred solely on the strategic road network (SRN). The appointed consultant will obtain, store, code and analyse a further three years' worth of fatal collision files. These will be added to files previously obtained, researched and currently stored within the National Highways Fatal Research Database (NHFRD)
