Description

NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) on behalf of NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (NHS HMR CCG) would like to invite interested providers to attend a Networking Collaborative Working Event. This is a follow up session to a Market Engagement Event that was held on the 30th June 2015. At the Market Engagement Event, a follow up session was requested by some providers who attended this session to facilitate partnership working, where providers could come together to discuss how they may work collaboratively to deliver the service. This notice is to inform providers that this is a follow up event that has been arranged to take place on Thursday, 6th August 2015 from 9:30am until 12:30pm, Rochdale Masonic Lodge, 2 Richard Street, Rochdale OL11 1DU. Providers who were unable to attend the Market Engagement Event on the 30th June 2015 are welcome to attend this follow up event.

The event is a chance for prospective providers to come together to understand individual service offers and discuss how they may work in partnership to support a whole systems approach to effective integrated service/pathway delivery. Providers will have the opportunity to set up small stalls outlining how they can contribute to this innovative concept.

Although the event will be supported by the CCG, it is intended that the discussions on the day will be provider led, and the agenda and outcomes of the event will be set by those attending. Consequently, to assist in the planning of the event, it would be helpful if providers attending could provide an indication of what they hope to discuss and how, thinking about the following individual service lots:

• Acute and ongoing needs
• Emotional health and wellbeing

It would also be helpful if providers could complete the attachment - Appendix 1 Provider Information, which should include an overview of their service offer and details of any acceptance/exclusion criteria (please note some providers who attended the Market Engagement Event have already provided this information so there is no requirement to send this again), this information will be compiled and shared with attendees before the event. Please see Appendix 2 (attached) for the Overview of the Indicative Service Requirements. The CCG and NHS SBS will be in attendance to answer any questions regarding the services and the procurement process during this event.

To reserve your place on this event, please email the following details to claire_barnes@nhs.net before 5pm on Monday 3rd August 2015:

• Name of delegate
• Job title of delegate
• Organisation details, including address
• Delegate email address and telephone number.
• Items for discussion at the event and ideas for the format,
thinking about the individual service lots and how the event can be used to formulate the process of working collaboratively.

Please note that any information should be sent back to both email addresses on this notice.
