Description
The London Borough of Havering is seeking tenders for a Children's Social Care Staff Professional Development Programme in Systemic Family Therapy Practice which your organisation may wish to participate in.
Our objective is to deliver a more purposeful and evidence-based intervention model, based on Systemic Family Therapy principles. This will enable practitioners to take a more analytical and reflective approach to their work, and through doing so support families to make and sustain positive change. Havering are looking for accredited training to be delivered in cohorts of 25-30 staff over a 3 year period and anticipates its overall staff training requirement to be between 150-200 staff.
