Description

Primary Care 24 is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to co-ordinate and deliver a new Payroll Service for their employees.

The Payroll Service will:
• Be efficient and user friendly.
• Include all employee services including contract management, absence reporting, etc.
• Be able to support growth in numbers in regards to number of employees, transactions, etc. in line with the anticipated further growth.
• Be able to integrate with Primary Care 24's existing systems and migrate easily with as little disruption as possible.
• Support Primary Care 24 with real time HMRC governance and information.
• Provide expert knowledge where needed with value add guidance.

Please note:
Primary Care 24 currently uses Rota Master to record and report payroll information such as overtime and expenses and e-financials as the financial reporting system. Primary Care 24 will require full interoperability between the successful provider and the systems used.

Primary Care 24 does not have access to ESR.

It is expected that a procurement process will commence in February 2020, aiming to award the contract by the end of March/early April 2020 and enabling the new service to be mobilised as soon as possible, ideally from April 2020. The contract term shall be for 3 years with the option to extend by a period of up to 2 more years.
