Description
On behalf of SMP Alliance working with Highways England (Costain Ltd, Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, BMJV, Flour Ltd, Jacobs, WSP Ltd) we are seeking expressions of interest to provide topographical survey services to the Smart Motorways Alliance.
This notice has been issued in order to establish pre-qualified suppliers, for which Alliance Partners can utilise to seek future quotations in relation to the scope of works providing the applicants satisfy the minimum requirements (below).
This notice will remain live for a two-week period (note the closing date attached) at which time registration will close. The SMP Alliance reserves the right to provide future opportunity for further registration via ContractsFinder.
The SMP Alliance reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to invite some/all pre-qualified to submit quotations for works.
Scope:
Provision of people, materials, equipment required to carry out topographical surveys and reporting
Minimum Requirements:
Current in date audit by CAS / Achilles Building confidence or Constructionline to be provided with certification
Sector Scheme Approval
Financial records / turnover for 2019, 2020 and forecast for 2021
Provide current HSE Policies
Safety statistics including AFR for last 3 years
Acceptance to NEC4 terms of conditions - written confirmation required
Additional information to be provided by supplier
• Confirmation that you will be willing to achieve Construction Line Platinum status by end of year one within the Alliance if not already in place
•Please provide policies / plans for the following:
- Modern Slavery
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- EDI
- Data protection policy
- Drugs and alcohol policy
- Employee wellbring and mental health
• Confirmation that you will provide resource on a PAYE basis
• Please provide two references for your services including value, project discription and dates of service provided.
• Please provide information / evidence to support geographical coverage and number of available resources in North / Midlands / South
