Description

The London Borough of Havering (LBH) is inviting quotes from specialist providers to deliver first aid interventions within its Romford Safe and Sound Night Time Economy (NTE). The street triage provisions will be delivered on a Friday/Saturday, festive periods and as requested Bank Holidays and on events between the hours of 10pm and 4.30am.

The procurement of these services will provide a vehicle to achieve good quality and cost effective services. That will generate long term efficiencies, improved outcome for customers and improve working relationships with licensees, service partners and other relevant stakeholders within the Safe and Sound night time economy.

The council's intention is to start the contract from 9th November 2017.
