Description
The London Borough of Havering (LBH) will be seeking quotes from specialist providers to deliver first aid interventions within its Romford Safe and Sound Night Time Economy (NTE). The street triage provisions will be delivered on a Friday/Saturday, festive periods and as requested Bank Holidays and on events between the hours of 10pm and 4.30am.
The procurement of these services will provide a vehicle to achieve good quality and cost effective services. That will generate long term efficiencies, improved outcome for customers and improve working relationships with licensees, service partners and other relevant stakeholders within the Safe and Sound night time economy.
The Council intends to publish the notice for the service agreement in early July 2017. The notice will be published on Capital E sourcing Portal www.capitalesourcing.com.
The council's intention is to have a Street Triage provider in place by early September 2017.
Contract Duration: 1st Sep 2017 to 31st Mar 2019. Contract may be extended for 1 year, subject to funding.
