ServiceNow is a strategic toolset in the Home Office and is the bedrock on which all Home Office IT Services are managed. The ITnow Service Desk is run on ServiceNow and it acts as the front door into Home Office internal IT services.

ServiceNow has recently been added to Home Office 2030 Digital Strategy, where it is forefront (with METIS) for the corporate environment on automation/self-service.
