Description

HMRC seeks a supplier specialising in leadership development training to collaborate on the design and delivery of the leadership development aspects of the Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrations' Senior Leadership Programme (CATA SLP).

The programme aims to situate senior leadership training within the context of a tax administration.

The programme will focus on four themes, with leadership development aspects delivered in collaboration between an external supplier, the CATA SLP Programme team (HMRC) and other CATA member countries. There will also be elements of the programme delivered solely by HMRC.
