Description

This contract is awarded following a framework further competition call-off procedure under RM6232 Lot 1c: Facilities Management and Workplace Services.

The contract is for the provision of Total Facilities Management (TFM) services to the Home Office within the Northern England, Scotland & Northern Ireland region. The scope includes, but is not limited to:

• Hard FM services - statutory maintenance, planned and reactive repairs
• Soft FM services - cleaning, catering, and waste management
• Compliance with statutory obligations
• Delivery of billable works and minor projects
• Activities supporting Carbon Net Zero and Social Value commitments

The contract term is for an initial period of five (5) years commencing 1 October 2026, following a mobilisation period, with two optional extension periods of one year.
