Description

The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking feedback from the supply market for its forthcoming retender of the following statutory services:

• Independent Visiting
- Under section 23ZB (1) (b) of the Children Act 1989
- Care Planning, Placement and Case Review Guidance

• Advocacy for Children Looked After (CLA) and Care Leavers
- Section 26A of the Children Act 1989
- Adoption and Children Act 2002
- The Advocacy Services and Representations Procedure (Children) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/719),
- UN Convention for the Rights of the Child and the Every Child Matters: Next Steps.
