Description
The Town Council is inviting quotations for the installation of welfare facilities in the Tourist Information Centre at the rear of 2 Market Square, Bishop's Stortford CM23 3UU. The facilities are to consist of
A toilet & door with hot air hand drier and roll holder
Soil vent/air admittance pipe
Air vent/extraction (through single story flat roof)
A washbasin with hot and cold water and of sufficient depth/shape that it can also be used to fill a kettle
2no double 13A sockets (locations TBA)
New lighting, existing to be disconnected
Replacement plasterboard ceiling and lighting, to be connected to existing consumer unit in office
There is currently no waste or water supply to the building and new connections must be made to the services in the street outside.
