NHS Dorset CCG Assisted Conception Service Market Engagement Event
NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group is inviting qualified providers to express an interest to participate in supporting the design of the service model for an assisted conception service.

The Service shall provide Assisted Conception Services (encompassing In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Inline (ICSI) and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) for couples who meet the criteria set out in the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) Fertility and Assisted Conception Policy.

The service objectives are to:
• To ensure equity of access to Fertility and Assisted Conception services for patients registered within the Dorset CCG General Practices
• To ensure effective communications between patients and the service providers
• To ensure effective communication between commissioners and providers
• To ensure a safe, cost effective, high quality and effective service for patients
• To provide a personal service sensitive to the physical, psychological and emotional needs of the patients
• To develop and implement a data collection and monitoring process to support the future commissioning of assisted conception services across Dorset

The event will be held on Thursday 18th January at NHS Dorset CCG, Vespasian House, Barrack Road, Dorchester, Dorset. DT1 1TG.

Providers are invited to book a time slot for a discussion with the commissioners on the specification including the service model. The time slots will be allocated to providers upon request. This will be based on a first come first served basis until all slots are booked.

Participants should note that the CCG reserves the right to use any information shared within this market engagement event to develop a mature service specification for future procurement purposes. Any costs incurred by participating in this exercise must be born by the participating organisations.

Following this exercise the CCG shall determine how it will approach the market to secure the services. Please note that any future procurement will be subject to a separate advertisement and participation in this market engagement event will not automatically entitle any organisation's involvement in this procurement.
