Description

The Highways England Area 10 Asset Delivery (AD) teams are seeking to appoint a technical consultant for the provision of specialist / technical procurement support for the facilitation services for CWF contract, and to support the Procurement teams with the implementation of the procurement process for Construction Works Framework (CWF), the Maintenance and Response (M&R) and Design Services Contract (DSC)
